Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- previous supervisory experience
- ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching
- ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- ability to use profit and loss statements and store reports
- proficient computer knowledge including microsoft word and excel
- ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use P&L and store reports to affect change
- read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- support multi-tasking including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- assist in training and mentoring employees to meet company standards
