Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in managing proper food preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrated experience using profit and loss reports to effect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or foodservice environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and store performance data
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching to restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness to meet quality standards
  • Use profit and loss reports and store data to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating instructions and maintenance manuals
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve store goals
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
