Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in managing proper food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated experience using profit and loss reports to effect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or foodservice environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and store performance data
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching to restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness to meet quality standards
- Use profit and loss reports and store data to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating instructions and maintenance manuals
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve store goals
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
