Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurant or retail management
- Ability to provide leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
- Knowledge of company policies, health department standards, and food safety practices
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and food quality standards
- Proficiency in interpreting P&L and other store reports
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Physical capacity to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- Strong supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for operational decisions
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents related to operations and maintenance
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Effective multitasking and physical ability for the role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedures
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the promotion of a positive workplace culture and adherence to safety standards
