Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Ability to provide leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
  • Knowledge of company policies, health department standards, and food safety practices
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and food quality standards
  • Proficiency in interpreting P&L and other store reports
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Physical capacity to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred or one year of restaurant management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for operational decisions
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents related to operations and maintenance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Effective multitasking and physical ability for the role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedures
  • Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support the promotion of a positive workplace culture and adherence to safety standards
