Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience required if no diploma
  • Ability to oversee customer service and employee training
  • Knowledge of Health Department Standards and company policies
  • Capability to use P&L and store reports for decision making
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Strong multitasking and physical ability including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
  • Guarantee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment
