Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Experience using profit and loss and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to use financial reports such as P&L statements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret operating instructions and maintenance manuals

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect positive change
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Perform management duties including multitasking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support daily operational management for quality, service, and cleanliness standards
