Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Experience using profit and loss and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to use financial reports such as P&L statements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret operating instructions and maintenance manuals
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect positive change
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform management duties including multitasking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support daily operational management for quality, service, and cleanliness standards
