Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside restaurant leadership
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Demonstrated use of P and L and store reports to implement changes
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
  • High School diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to lead and train teams effectively
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use financial reports to effect change

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P and L and store reports to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multi-tasking tasks involving repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support restaurant operations through effective team collaboration
