Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside restaurant leadership
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Demonstrated use of P and L and store reports to implement changes
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
- High School diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
- Ability to lead and train teams effectively
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use financial reports to effect change
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P and L and store reports to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multi-tasking tasks involving repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support restaurant operations through effective team collaboration
