Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to oversee and enforce compliance with health and safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and support training and coaching of restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards
- Use profit and loss reports and store data to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operational documents such as maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Assist with managing restaurant condition and daily operations
- Collaborate with Restaurant Leader to achieve restaurant performance goals
