Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to oversee and enforce compliance with health and safety standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience

  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and support training and coaching of restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards
  • Use profit and loss reports and store data to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operational documents such as maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
  • Assist with managing restaurant condition and daily operations
  • Collaborate with Restaurant Leader to achieve restaurant performance goals
