Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strong attention to food preparation and presentation quality
  • Ability to use financial reports to improve operations
  • Competency in reading and interpreting operational documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching along with the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Monitor restaurant condition to maintain safety and cleanliness
  • Perform multitasking including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
