Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strong attention to food preparation and presentation quality
- Ability to use financial reports to improve operations
- Competency in reading and interpreting operational documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask and perform physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching along with the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Monitor restaurant condition to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Perform multitasking including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
