Job Requirements

  • desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department standards
  • strength ensuring the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft products preferred Word and Excel
  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for decision making
  • proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • previous supervisory or management experience desirable
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • basic knowledge of health department standards and food safety practices

Job Duties

  • ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • use profit and loss (P&L) reports and store reports to affect operational changes
  • read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • manage multitasking, bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • support the management team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
