Job Requirements
- desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department standards
- strength ensuring the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft products preferred Word and Excel
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

- previous supervisory or management experience desirable

Job Duties

- oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use profit and loss (P&L) reports and store reports to affect operational changes
- read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- manage multitasking, bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- support the management team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
