Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read and interpret documents including instructions and manuals
  • demonstrated leadership and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • ability to use P&L and store reports
  • proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • capability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • effective multitasking and physical stamina
  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient experience

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • train and coach restaurant employees
  • ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
  • monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • utilize P&L and store reports to affect operational changes
  • read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals
  • perform multitasking and physical duties such as bending, standing, and lifting
