Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum one year restaurant management experience
- ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read and interpret documents including instructions and manuals
- demonstrated leadership and customer service skills

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- train and coach restaurant employees
- ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- utilize P&L and store reports to affect operational changes
- read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals
- perform multitasking and physical duties such as bending, standing, and lifting
