Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Ability to ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive operational change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties related to restaurant management
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Guarantee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change and improve operations
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily restaurant operations
