Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership and training
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to enact change
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Proficient computer knowledge
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if experience is sufficient
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L and store reports
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide coaching and training for restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to implement improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in multi-tasking and physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to maintain an efficient and positive work environment
