Job Requirements

  • Desire to provide customer service leadership and training
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to enact change
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if experience is sufficient
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L and store reports
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and provide coaching and training for restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to implement improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in multi-tasking and physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to maintain an efficient and positive work environment
