Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company and Health Department policies
  • Capability to maintain food quality and freshness
  • Experience using P&L and store reports for operational decisions
  • Ability to interpret operational documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and understand operational documents and instruction manuals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and employee training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement changes for improvement
  • Read and interpret operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations effectively
  • Support multi-tasking and physical duties including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
