Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company and Health Department policies
- Capability to maintain food quality and freshness
- Experience using P&L and store reports for operational decisions
- Ability to interpret operational documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and understand operational documents and instruction manuals
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and employee training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement changes for improvement
- Read and interpret operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage daily restaurant operations effectively
- Support multi-tasking and physical duties including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
