Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and manage physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
- Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and compliance
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to interpret operating manuals and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and presentation
- Capacity to analyze financial reports and implement improvements
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the restaurant leader
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Manage preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize profit and loss and store reports to effect operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain restaurant condition and safety
- Assist in multi-tasking and physical duties as required
