Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
  • Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and compliance
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to interpret operating manuals and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety and presentation
  • Capacity to analyze financial reports and implement improvements

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the restaurant leader
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • Manage preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize profit and loss and store reports to effect operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain restaurant condition and safety
  • Assist in multi-tasking and physical duties as required
