Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee customer service and provide leadership
  • Capability to maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and health regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Ability to use P&L reports and store data to drive changes
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communication and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of health department standards and food safety practices
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical labor as required

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
