Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee customer service and provide leadership
- Capability to maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Strong knowledge of company policies and health regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to use P&L reports and store data to drive changes
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of health department standards and food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and perform physical labor as required
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
