Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
- ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
- read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- manage employee training and development activities
- contribute to a positive work environment and uphold company standards
