Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • at least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • manage employee training and development activities
  • contribute to a positive work environment and uphold company standards
