Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to manage restaurant condition compliance with policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring food preparation and presentation quality
- Proven ability to use P&L and store reports for operational changes
- Competency in reading and interpreting documents and manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred or one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees
- Proficient in computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret operational documents and instructions
- Experience using financial reports to guide business decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to multitask and perform physical duties
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize profit and loss reports and store data to make operational decisions
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multitasking including physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
- Support employee coaching and development
