Job Requirements

  • Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to manage restaurant condition compliance with policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring food preparation and presentation quality
  • Proven ability to use P&L and store reports for operational changes
  • Competency in reading and interpreting documents and manuals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred or one year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees
  • Proficient in computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret operational documents and instructions
  • Experience using financial reports to guide business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to multitask and perform physical duties

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize profit and loss reports and store data to make operational decisions
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multitasking including physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
  • Support employee coaching and development
