Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Ability to lead and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent management experience
- Effective multitasking skills and physical ability to perform required tasks
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss reports and store data to make operational improvements
- Maintain clean and safe restaurant conditions
- Support team members to achieve performance goals
- Assist in administrative tasks including inventory management and scheduling
