Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead and train staff effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent management experience
  • Effective multitasking skills and physical ability to perform required tasks

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss reports and store data to make operational improvements
  • Maintain clean and safe restaurant conditions
  • Support team members to achieve performance goals
  • Assist in administrative tasks including inventory management and scheduling
