Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership training and coaching
- Ensure restaurant meets company policies procedures and health department standards
- Ensure foodservice products are prepared presented and fresh
- Use financial reports to make informed changes
- Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and manuals
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
- Physical ability to multi-task bend stand reach and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory experience in foodservice or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Experience using profit and loss statements and store reports to improve operations
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
- Ensure proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- Read and interpret operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain knowledge of Microsoft products Word Excel for reporting and documentation
- Perform multi-tasking bending standing reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
