Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership training and coaching
  • Ensure restaurant meets company policies procedures and health department standards
  • Ensure foodservice products are prepared presented and fresh
  • Use financial reports to make informed changes
  • Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and manuals
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
  • Physical ability to multi-task bend stand reach and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in foodservice or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Experience using profit and loss statements and store reports to improve operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
  • Read and interpret operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain knowledge of Microsoft products Word Excel for reporting and documentation
  • Perform multi-tasking bending standing reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
