Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
- valid driver's license
- ability to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- flexible and self-driven
- able to manage multiple priorities
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- strong communication skills
- ability to analyze problems and create plans
- able to work both independently and with a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- 3 or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
- new restaurant opening experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong analytical skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Hire and terminate hourly non-management crewmembers
- own the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- manage the performance of hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, redirective communication and documentation
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action
- deploy crewmembers during shifts
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions and timeclock overrides
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain the facility
- complete other duties as assigned
