Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Self-driven and highly energetic
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Job Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving and goal-setting skills
Job Duties
- Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
- Own the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, redirective communication and documentation
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
