Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Self-driven and highly energetic
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training

Job Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving and goal-setting skills

Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • Own the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, redirective communication and documentation
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
