Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • possess a valid driver's license
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • own the onboarding status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • create crewmember work and training schedules
  • manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers through development coaching and documentation
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
