Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
- own the onboarding status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers through development coaching and documentation
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
