Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- possess a valid driver's license
- ability to work extended periods of physical exertion such as walking standing lifting and bending
- flexible to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends
- detail-oriented and organized
- proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- able to work independently and collaboratively
- able to analyze problems set goals create plans and implement solutions
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- ability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Hire and terminate hourly non-management crewmembers
- manage onboarding status change and payroll process for hourly crewmembers
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- manage performance development coaching redirective communication and documentation of hourly crewmembers
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
