Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • valid driver's license
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends
  • ability to travel for work-related functions and training
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • self-driven and flexible
  • able to work independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • new restaurant opening experience preferred

  • problem-solving skills including goal setting planning and execution
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook

Job Duties

  • hire and terminate hourly non-management crewmembers
  • manage onboarding status change and payroll process for hourly crewmembers
  • create crewmember work and training schedules
  • manage performance of hourly crewmembers including development coaching and documentation
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce company policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • use required tools forms and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action
  • deploy crewmembers during shifts
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
  • complete other duties as assigned
