Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- valid driver's license
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends
- ability to travel for work-related functions and training
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- self-driven and flexible
- able to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- hire and terminate hourly non-management crewmembers
- manage onboarding status change and payroll process for hourly crewmembers
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- manage performance of hourly crewmembers including development coaching and documentation
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce company policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
- use required tools forms and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action
- deploy crewmembers during shifts
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- complete other duties as assigned
