Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality or management operations
  • OR bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in related field
  • Ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Knowledge of budgeting and inventory control
  • Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA and Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in fine dining or hospitality management
  • OR bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 1 year experience
  • Experience in food and beverage services
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Leads daily outlet operations including quality and service
  • Develops beverage programs within company agreements
  • Monitors outlet service staff performance
  • Assists in strategic planning including forecasting and budget management
  • Conducts inventory and maintains beverage pars and menus
  • Manages staffing levels and labor costs
  • Trains, mentors, and develops staff
  • Ensures compliance with safety and operational policies
  • Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
