Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality or management operations
- OR bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
- At least 1 year of professional experience in related field
- Ability to lead and mentor staff
- Knowledge of budgeting and inventory control
- Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA and Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in fine dining or hospitality management
- OR bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 1 year experience
- Experience in food and beverage services
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage budgets and inventories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Leads daily outlet operations including quality and service
- Develops beverage programs within company agreements
- Monitors outlet service staff performance
- Assists in strategic planning including forecasting and budget management
- Conducts inventory and maintains beverage pars and menus
- Manages staffing levels and labor costs
- Trains, mentors, and develops staff
- Ensures compliance with safety and operational policies
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
