Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality, management operations, or related professional area
  • OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 1 year experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality, management operations, or related professional area
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work full time
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in fine dining or hospitality management
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Ability to lead and mentor staff effectively
  • Knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory and payroll management

Job Duties

  • Lead daily outlet operations including quality and service
  • Develop beverage programs within company agreements
  • Monitor outlet service staff performance
  • Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and budget management
  • Manage profit and loss accountability, cost control, and inventories
  • Enhance guest service experience through creative initiatives
  • Manage staff payroll, scheduling, and training
  • Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and dry goods
  • Establish and maintain beverage pars and update wine and beverage menus
  • Monitor outlet sales and trends
  • Manage proper staffing levels and labor costs
  • Teach, train, mentor, and develop staff
  • Ensure safety and security of employees and property
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested
