Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality, management operations, or related professional area
- OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 1 year experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality, management operations, or related professional area
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work full time
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in fine dining or hospitality management
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Ability to lead and mentor staff effectively
- Knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory and payroll management
Job Duties
- Lead daily outlet operations including quality and service
- Develop beverage programs within company agreements
- Monitor outlet service staff performance
- Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Manage profit and loss accountability, cost control, and inventories
- Enhance guest service experience through creative initiatives
- Manage staff payroll, scheduling, and training
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and dry goods
- Establish and maintain beverage pars and update wine and beverage menus
- Monitor outlet sales and trends
- Manage proper staffing levels and labor costs
- Teach, train, mentor, and develop staff
- Ensure safety and security of employees and property
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
