Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations, cultivate relationships with guests including VIPs, manage and inspire the restaurant and bar team, participate in team selection, training and employee performance management, prepare work schedules and assist in payroll processing, lead daily shift meetings and report operations, monitor and supervise restaurant and bar setup and maintenance, maintain par stock levels by inventory management, ordering and controlling supplies, address guest special requests and handle complaints efficiently, promote a high service culture through active floor presence, prevent and rectify any operational imperfections, communicate effectively with other departments including culinary and stewarding teams to ensure seamless coordination
