Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years related experience or comparable combination of education and experience
  • minimum 1-year previous management or leadership experience
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to interact positively with diverse individuals
  • demonstrated ability to prioritize daily responsibilities
  • proficiency in relevant software applications
  • alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
  • Michigan Chauffeurs license or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum 1-year management or supervisory experience
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to prioritize and work with minimal guidance
  • proficiency in Point of Service software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • certification in Alcohol Service or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
  • Michigan Chauffeurs license or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of the Rentals department
  • supervise seasonal hiring, scheduling, and payroll
  • coordinate and execute a wide range of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and community functions
  • manage bar operations and liquor inventory
  • provide coaching, feedback, and discipline to Rentals team members
  • analyze financial data to support event planning and departmental success
  • develop new rental opportunities and research competitive products
