Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college degree in Hospitality or Business Administration and 2+ years related experience or comparable combination of education and experience
- minimum 1-year management, supervisory or leadership experience
- excellent customer service skills and positive interaction with diverse individuals
- ability to prioritize tasks and adapt with minimal guidance
- excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- proficiency in Point of Service software, rentals reservations software and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to learn time and attendance scheduling systems
- TAM or equivalent Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
- Michigan Chauffeurs license or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
- ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications

- minimum 2 years related experience or comparable combination of education and experience
- at least 1 year management or supervisory experience
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Point of Service and rental reservations software
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to obtain TAM or equivalent Alcohol Service certification
- Michigan Chauffeurs license or ability to obtain it
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Rentals department
- assist in training and scheduling seasonal staff
- manage bar operations including liquor inventory control
- coordinate logistics for various events including weddings and corporate gatherings
- provide coaching and feedback to team members
- support financial data analysis and event planning
- develop new rental opportunities and research competitive products
