Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience
- Two years experience in a customer service field or three years experience in an administrative office position
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations
- Ability and willingness to learn new information and procedures
- Eagerness, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Verbal reasoning to review and interpret legal documents

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Ability to perform arithmetic computations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to review and interpret legal documents
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle confidential information

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily real estate and exterior property matters for all Publix owned and managed locations
- Act as liaison among Publix, landlords, tenants, and customers to resolve lease and compliance issues
- Perform initial review of legal documents before final approval
- Support Regional Property Manager with administrative tasks and documentation
- Review and route due diligence documents received during acquisition processes
- Track capital improvement projects and remodels
- Facilitate communication and resolution of maintenance and repair items
