Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in hospitality, operations, supply chain, or related field
- Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, mobile recruiting tools, and HRIS/ATS platforms

Job Duties
- Review and screen applications and resumes for valet, hospitality, and operational roles
- Conduct initial phone and/or in-person screenings and interviews
- Perform reference checks and support candidate evaluation
- Create and post internal/external job ads aligned with company standards and brand voice
- Manage requisition requests from Operations Managers and confirm hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, requirements, and role expectations
- Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers
- Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain interview question sets for phone screens and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate qualifications, verify references, and prepare employment offers
- Coordinate onboarding sessions once offers are accepted
- Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure successful onboarding, role clarity, and goal alignment
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- submit documentation to HR per policy and timelines
- Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the hiring process
