Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum 2 years recruiting experience in hospitality, operations, supply chain, or related fields
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with MS Office applications, mobile recruiting tools, HRIS/ATS platforms

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in hospitality, operations, supply chain, or related field
  • strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with MS Office, mobile recruiting tools, and HRIS/ATS platforms
  • experience recruiting high-volume/hourly roles preferred
  • familiarity with hospitality or valet operations environments preferred
  • comfort working across multiple sites/locations preferred

Job Duties

  • Review and screen applications and resumes for open valet, hospitality, and operational roles
  • conduct initial phone and/or in-person screenings and interviews
  • perform reference checks and support candidate evaluation
  • create and post internal/external job ads aligned with company standards and brand voice
  • manage requisition requests from Operations Managers and confirm hiring needs
  • collaborate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, requirements, and role expectations
  • schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers
  • provide timely updates and guidance throughout the hiring process
  • develop and maintain interview question sets for phone screens and in-person interviews
  • assess candidate qualifications, verify references, and prepare employment offers
  • coordinate onboarding sessions once offers are accepted
  • partner with Hiring Managers to ensure successful onboarding, role clarity, and goal alignment
  • review new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • submit documentation to HR per policy and timelines
  • ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the hiring process
