Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of property management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use personal smart phone for work
- Successful completion of background check and drug test

- Experience in property management
- Proven two or more years of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Personal smart phone technology required
- Preferred two or more years of sales or marketing experience
Job Duties
- Assist in managing property operations
- Support leasing activities and resident renewals
- Handle resident collections and financial reporting
- Manage property supplies and communications
- Provide excellent resident customer service
- Collaborate with Property Manager on community initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
