Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong understanding of HUD regulations
  • experience with tax credit compliance
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to coordinate resident engagement
  • capacity to work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams
  • willingness to work part-time, 27 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience preferred
  • property management work experience and knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws preferred
  • knowledge of real estate property management applications preferred
  • ability to adhere to complex regulatory requirements
  • skill in maintaining resident account receivable ledgers under supervision

Job Duties

  • enters data in resident accounts receivable ledgers
  • assists with resident records documentation
  • collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts
  • assists with the leasing process from initial application to move-in
  • responds to customer service requests
  • may work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property
  • coordinates resident engagement and events
  • works with front desk and maintenance teams
  • provides direction to staff
  • ensures compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations
