- minimum two years experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
- knowledge of revenue, profit and loss, and budget management
- ability to create engaging social media content
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with industry software and apps
- sales aptitude

Job Duties
- leading by example and embodying Bozzuto's core values and culture
- achieving financial goals through rent collection and managing delinquency
- conducting personalized and informative tours to support sales and leasing efforts
- building strong brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions
- maintaining impeccable community standards both inside and out
- coaching, mentoring, and inspiring team members
- taking leadership responsibility in the Property Manager's absence
- working one to two weekends per month with weekday compensatory time off
