Job Duties
- Showcasing storage units, products, and promotions to customers
- Engaging in local marketing outreach and utilizing referral programs
- Converting telephone and walk-in inquiries into storage rentals
- Renting storage units, parking spaces, and selling store merchandise
- Developing relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion
- Performing daily property walks for maintenance and cleanliness
- Upholding high standards of customer service and supporting tenants
