Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of leasing experience
  • prior management experience preferred
  • ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required
  • maximum 10 day vacancy compliance
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and extensive mobility
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with property management software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • experience with RealPage preferred
  • minimum two years of leasing experience
  • prior management experience preferred
  • ability to maintain resident relations
  • knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

Job Duties

  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • conduct property tours and leasing apartments
  • collect rent and process payments
  • manage files, scanning/faxing, and maintain organized records
  • actively market and promote apartment rentals and move-ins
  • prepare, process, and review leases and related forms
