Job Duties
- Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, assist with financial reporting
- support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
- listen to residents' needs and address concerns professionally
- prepare and deliver resident notices, enforce property policies, support the Property Manager
- step up as leader in Property Manager's absence and participate in daily operations
- ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations, maintain community safety
- tackle special projects and contribute to community growth
