Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
  • ability to work in office and occasionally outdoors

Job Duties

  • Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, assist with financial reporting
  • support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
  • listen to residents' needs and address concerns professionally
  • prepare and deliver resident notices, enforce property policies, support the Property Manager
  • step up as leader in Property Manager's absence and participate in daily operations
  • ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations, maintain community safety
  • tackle special projects and contribute to community growth
