Job Requirements
- Diploma of high school or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
- Ability to work in both office and occasional outdoor settings

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Process rental payments and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting
- Support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
- Act as a resident advocate by addressing tenant needs and concerns
- Manage community operations including policy enforcement and resident communications
- Lead daily operations in absence of Property Manager
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations
- Participate in special projects and adapt to new challenges
