Job Requirements

  • Diploma of high school or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
  • Ability to work in both office and occasional outdoor settings
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Understanding of Fair Housing compliance and safety regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Process rental payments and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting
  • Support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
  • Act as a resident advocate by addressing tenant needs and concerns
  • Manage community operations including policy enforcement and resident communications
  • Lead daily operations in absence of Property Manager
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations
  • Participate in special projects and adapt to new challenges
