Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of HUD regulations and affordable housing programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with property management software preferred
- Reliable and punctual work attendance
Job Qualifications
- Great customer service and accuracy skills
- Prior experience in property management helpful
- Familiar with Affordable Housing/Project-Based Section 8 and/or Tax Credit helpful
- Experience with Yardi is a plus
- Computer literacy required
Job Duties
- Understand and carry out all policies in dealing with properties, Property Manager, Property Supervisor, Director, and tenants
- Abide by all HUD management and 4350.3 guidelines
- Respond in an appropriate manner to all actions that involve or influence the property being managed
- Understand and ensure compliance with all governing regulations, codes, and laws as well as other state and local authorities
- Maintain good tenant relations
- Attend work with regularity and punctuality
- Assist in leasing vacant units and processing rent applications
- Tour potential tenants around the property
- Collaborate effectively with the property management team
