Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Support the Project Manager in managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Track project progress, budgets, and documentation
- Help prepare and review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Attend site visits and project meetings to ensure alignment across teams
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
