Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
  • Support the Project Manager in managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Track project progress, budgets, and documentation
  • Help prepare and review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Attend site visits and project meetings to ensure alignment across teams
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
