Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in construction operations or related field
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency with Google Docs and spreadsheet tools
- ability to work both in office and onsite environments
- reliable transportation to visit project sites
- strong problem-solving skills
- willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in construction operations or similar role
- experience with knowledge of construction project operational processes, permitting, vendors, etc.
- excellent communication, verbal and written
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- proficient in creating, maintaining, and organizing Google docs (especially sheets)
- ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
Job Duties
- Schedule job walks with vendors and subcontractors
- meet vendors on site when the Project Manager is unavailable to ensure continuity and progress
- communicate proactively with vendors to confirm they have the correct plans, specifications, and materials prior to site work
- print and distribute design specifications and drawings for on-site crews as needed
- coordinate urgent material pick-ups and deliveries to job sites or the warehouse when required
- schedule drop-off and pick-up of chemical toilets, fencing, and other site support services
- support miscellaneous operational tasks as requested by Project Managers or other departments
