- Knowledge of Table Games operations
- Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or minimum three years of experience in a comparable Table Games leadership role
- Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Table Games operating systems
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff to resolve conflicts
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Capability to present information and respond to questions effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Strong mathematical skills including computation of rates, ratios, and interpreting graphs
- Experience in staff development and training
- Skilled in implementing rewards and recognition programs
- Ability to evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Experience in staffing including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling
- Competence in managing work procedures and expediting workflow
- Knowledge of employee performance management including disciplining and coaching
Job Duties
- Supervises staff and manages daily operations during assigned shifts in the Table Games department
- Provides oversight for all table games, ensuring game protection and proper operation
- Supports and monitors achievement of operational goals, performance, and profit objectives
- Coordinates scheduling and addresses scheduling concerns with management, focusing on guest satisfaction
- Enforces compliance with gaming procedures, policies, and internal controls
- Monitors chip and cash transactions, ensuring accurate payouts and accountability of gaming equipment
- Handles customer concerns effectively and promotes superior customer service standards
- Manages team engagement by addressing feedback, suggestions, and grievances
- Ensures regulatory compliance and reports potential issues to management
- Maintains confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
