Job Requirements
- Current national certification
- CPR/AED and First Aid certified
- Exercise Science or Sports Management degree preferred
- Minimum one year leadership experience in an educational, fitness, or management setting preferred
- Proven ability to drive revenue and sales skills
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for the fitness industry
- Legal right to work in the United States

- Leadership experience in an educational, fitness, or management setting (minimum one year preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about the fitness industry
Job Duties
- Pipeline management including daily cleanup and phone calls
- Perform daily session audits on both complimentary and paid services and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Support relationships with Operations and Sales leveraging Chalk Talk as a guide
- Ability to forge meaningful relationships with key club leaders and identify partnership opportunities to support key PT initiatives
- Assist with business performance by supporting the monthly action plan
- Hold the team accountable for branded, quality member interactions such as Fitness Specialist Hours and Special Events
- Collaborate with Personal Training Manager to craft and execute a meaningful monthly trainers' forum
- Champion Personal Training service standards by engaging in Club Membership to seek feedback and identify areas of opportunity to course correct or establish best practices
- Maintain PT presentation standards including Bio Boards, Nametags and Uniforms
- Support team payroll and ensure time and attendance compliance
- Performance management of Coaches including formal and informal
- Equifit administration and communications
- Support new Coach onboarding, administration and logistics
- Demonstrate a sharpening business acumen by identifying trends and insights to increase profitability
- Support all operational SOPs including administrative duties associated with client outreach and staff accountabilities
- Achieve and maintain team headcount target through active management of the interview process
- Ongoing Coach development supporting personal training development meetings
- Act as the Manager on Duty when Personal Training Manager is not in club
- Mentor and develop ramping Coaches
- Support and foster team commitment to ongoing education to ensure high standards and quality programming
