Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Morning or daytime availability
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Ability to stand for extended periods
Experience in baking or pastry production preferred
Knowledge of food handler and sanitation regulations
Ability to work early morning shifts

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of large-scale baking or pastry experience
Ability to decorate pastries quickly and effectively preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Formal baking or pastry education is a plus but not required
Ability to work early morning shifts
Strong attention to detail and flexibility
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

Job Duties

Prepare and bake pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins according to recipes and quality standards
Decorate pastries quickly and attractively
Handle heavy lifting of dough, flour, and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
Comply with food safety and health regulations
Work early morning shifts to ensure fresh products are ready
Adapt to changes in production needs and work schedule
