Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations
- Help manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert items and seasonal menus
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and special events
