Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations
  • Help manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert items and seasonal menus
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and special events
