Job Requirements
- Must have morning and daytime availability
- Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, lift, and mix for entire shift
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
- Passion for quality food and customer service
Job Qualifications
- One plus years of large-scale baking and pastry experience
- Attention to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work quickly and decorate pastries (preferred but not required)
- Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins
- Follow recipes closely to ensure consistency and quality
- Decorate pastries and baked goods attractively
- Handle large quantities of dough and ingredients safely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Adapt to changes in kitchen workflow and remain flexible
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
