Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • availability for morning and daytime shifts
  • ability to lift heavy dough and supplies
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • flexibility to adapt to changing work environment
  • compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations
  • previous baking experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • one plus years of large-scale baking or pastry experience
  • experience in quick pastry decoration preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • formal baking or pastry education is a bonus
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • ability to lift heavy materials

Job Duties

  • follow recipes to create baked goods
  • pay close attention to detail in baking and decorating pastries
  • lift heavy dough and supplies weighing 50 lbs or more
  • stand for extended periods while working
  • maintain flexibility and adapt to changes in the kitchen
  • ensure compliance with food handler and sanitation standards
  • contribute to menu development and quality control
