Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in baking or pastry production or currently enrolled in a pastry or culinary arts program
- passion for creating high-quality desserts from scratch
- strong work ethic, reliability and teamwork skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- schedule flexibility with willingness to work all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- assisting with the preparation and production of breakfast pastries
- assisting with the preparation and production of cookies
- assisting with the preparation and production of yeast dough and bread making
- assisting with the preparation and production of ice creams
- assisting with the preparation and production of a variety of cakes, mousses, cobblers, custards and other desserts
- assisting with candy and chocolate work
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry area
- ensuring proper storage and labeling of all pastry items
- assisting in other areas of the kitchen operation as needed
