Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
- provide information about parking rates, policies, and directions
- assist customers with questions or concerns promptly
- collect parking fees accurately and issue receipts
- operate point-of-sale systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- reconcile daily transactions and prepare deposit reports
- monitor vehicle entry and exit to ensure proper authorization
- direct traffic flow within the parking facility
- report any unauthorized or suspicious activity
- observe and report maintenance issues or hazards
- ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- contact security or emergency services when necessary
- complete daily logs and incident reports
- communicate with supervisors regarding operational issues
- perform other duties as assigned
